Shipping All our products are shipped by PostNL. We ship packages up to 20 kilograms. The actual shipping costs are calculated online and are based on the actual weight and the rates of PostNL, effective since Juli 2014. A standard weight of 700 grams is added to each calculation for the package itself. The indicated number of days for each shipping method is just an indication and starts when the package has been forwarded to PostNL for shipping.
Returns and/or complaints For security reasons food products cannot be returned. If you receive products that are damaged or do not meet normal quality standards, please notify us within 3 working days of delivery by contacting our sales department. Together with you, we will find an suitable solution for your problem.These solutions vary depending on the problem.
Expiration date of food Some of our products (for instance cookies, stroopwaffles and bakery goods) are declared fresh by the manufacturer for just four weeks after production date. We highly recommend PRIORITY shipping (fastest available) for these products. We cannot guarantee freshness of our products with other shipping methods. We try to ship your products as fresh as possible. If you have any questions about the expiration date of certain products, please contact us before ordering.
Shipping to the United States of America Due to the strict regulations on importing food products into the United States, US Customs may hold your package for investigation. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the indicated number of days until delivery for packages shipped to the United States.
